Many of you have received emails with tracking info, but UPS still doesn’t show your order in their system - this is not an issue. 

We purchase the shipping labels in advance and it takes time for UPS to pick up the wheels in bulk (over 1000 wheels to process). 

Please be patient before emailing us and asking why your order isn’t moving yet!
