We've Got Wheels!

Finally!

After too many delays, the first order of 15x7 and 15x8 RML Snowflakes have been delivered to my downtown LA warehouse.

I can't give enough thanks to Mark, Mark, and Alex for helping me manually unload and then organize and stack over 1,000 wheels from a 40' container. 

After more than 4 hours we were finished and exhausted to a point I haven't felt in a long, long time. But...that was potentially the easy part: I now have to ship out over 250 orders!

FYI, I'll be shipping orders out in the order they were received. Order numbers begin at 1001, so if you're sitting on order #1248 (for example), please know it could be a couple weeks (hopefully not!) before you receive your email with tracking info. With that thought in mind, moving forward, if you haven't received your email with tracking info, that means your order hasn't shipped yet. If you can, please try to avoid calling or emailing me for ETA updates: that will only serve to slow everything down.

Mark Tingey (my former GM at fifteen52) is here starting tomorrow to help with shipping, but his free time is limited to only Saturdays. I had someone else lined up to help but just last week a family emergency has made him unable to follow through. I've got some other options for extra help that I'm exploring and I'm confident I'll make it work. Regardless, I'm asking for some (additional) patience while I get everyone's orders processed, labeled, and shipped.

As soon as I get an idea regarding what kind of numbers I can get out the door on a daily basis, I'll make another update. My goal is to do this as quickly as possible and to keep you all in the loop regarding when you can expect to see your wheels.

As always, I am extremely grateful for all the love, support, and patience you all have shown during this initial pre-order. It's not at all lost on me the incredible faith you've shown in handing me $1,000 and waiting months for something that was, at the time, just an idea.

We're in the home stretch now and it's my hope you'll all soon feel it's been worth the wait.
